Specifically,\u00a0through guided fieldwork projects centering on the sound topography of the\u00a0city, participants create digital representations of the collected archival, textual, visual, musical and sonic data within an Interactive\u00a0Digital Environment. This dynamic cartographic approach to the city\u00a0soundscapes feeds back into the educational process, providing a useful\u00a0medium for a critical understanding of the notion of culture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The proposed\u00a0Educational Tool is designed for university programmes in the fields of\u00a0ethnomusicology, music history, cultural history, anthropology, cultural\u00a0studies and cultural geography.
